Welcome to Still Stumbling
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here!
Welcome to Still Stumbling — a support system for folks who are still wrestling with their own static, written by someone still stumbling through hers.
My goal with this site (and with the book and everything connected to it) is simple: I want folks like me to feel seen, understood, and supported — in ways we maybe haven’t been before.
Who am I?
I’m a late-diagnosed person with ADHD, a poet, a pet lover, a semi-professional archaeologist, a professional document wrangler, and, above all, someone who wants to support the people around me.
What This Blog Is
Still Stumbling is a space for resources, reflections, and honest conversations about navigating life with ADHD.
What I want for “Still Stumbling”
Short answer: to normalize both the struggles and the successes that come with ADHD — by sharing things like:
Practical tools
Honest stories of both wins and wipeouts
Support for static days
Permission to be imperfect
Disclaimer
I’m not a doctor or therapist. Nothing here is clinically tested — it’s just what I’ve tried. Your mileage may vary, and that’s okay. Some things that work for me might not work for you, and vice versa.
I encourage you to share what has helped you. My hope is that over time, this space grows into a community-driven resource — a place where people can trade ideas, kindness, and support.
Until then, you’ve got me, doing my best to make life a little easier. :)
If you’re here and you’re in crisis, please visit the Crisis Contacts page for folks who can help.
Remember: stumbling’s a lot less scary when we do it together.
